inSite - AudioVox Separation Alarm App Reviews

My phone is far more likely to be left than my keys. So why doesnt the InSight make more noise? My phone sings loud and clear - when Ive left the area - but the chirping in my pocket is brief and hard to hear. Id rather it was the other way around.

After that it refused to connect with my phone went thru 2 batteries in a dsy

The idea that the phone alerts your keys and your keys alerts your phone to help keep you whole is great. Sound levels could be higher, but overall this helps me keep up with me!

I love this thing, works really well. Only thing now is the screen goes all black when I try to load up the app. Please fix.

The newest update rendered this app unusable. I have two devices... Only one connects and the other does not show up. Also, the interface is blurry.

As noted in the previous review. When you have two devices the App displays their status on the same screen and they overlap and you can only interact with the first. Please fix ASAP

I just purchased this app for my new iPad air. After installing the app, I touched the icon and the screen went blank, preventing me from completing the installation and using the app. I will go get my money back if not fixed immediately.

This product is a miserable piece of junk! Im sitting here right now and cant find my keys because when I started the app to find my keys it said "connecting"...its been connecting for 45 minutes! I could probably look for my keys and find them in 5-6 minutes! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! What a rip-off!!! FIX THIS NOW! Im so disappointed! Just read review about Verizon discontinuing this product...obviously havent done that yet because I just bought mine yesterday, September 14, 2013!!! What a mess...want to add that the bug fixes are not working either...please do us all a favor and discontinue this piece trash!

The app crashes, wont even let me set up the device to test or troubleshoot. Useless piece of crap. Must be returned for refund, I hate doing that with a gift.

Just set up my device, tested my alarm, all works perfect!

This wont open. How new is it & why would anyone release such a broken piece of software?...maybe Microsoft?

Had for 3 days. First time u went to find keys it said connecting for hrs so I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it world fix problem. Now the$40 piece of crap wont even pair!! Id say never! Buy anything this company ever makes its a waste if time money and effort!!!!!!!!!

I love this app. I hold one tag in my wallet and one on my keys. The app allows you to choose a custom song from your music library for each device which is perfect for me. Its so easy to use and helps me out constantly!

I dont know why people are having such a problem with this. Its incredibly easy to set up. Just follow the instructions through the app and enjoy. The app has two features to find whatever you have attached the device to. I attached mine to my keys and it works flawlessly. It even has a feature built into the device to find your phone. If you misplace your phone just press the small button on the insite device and your phone rings. Maybe some people give up on products too quickly. Overall great product.

Product wont connect with key fob. Get message its connecting - but it never connects. Have followed instructions to reinstall battery and refresh. Have also checked to be sure all iPhone settings that could possibly be relevant are on. I just cant get it to work.

Dont understand why everyone is having a problem. If your having trouble make sure you open the battery( pull slide out) and then reinsert it, then follow the instructions on your phone!

Bought two of these devices. Had no problem with them working, etc., but the constant chiming every time I moved to another room in my house, and the rapid drain of phone battery has me returning them to Verizon. Unless youre completely absent minded and losing stuff constantly, dont buy. Also only tells you last known location. Not WHERE something might be at this moment.

I have had this for a few months and the battery died so I changed it and after putting it in it would not pair up again? It keeps telling me there is a "time out"

not working ,never buy,starting APP inSite problem,

I was able to pair the device initially and it seems to work OK. However I wanted to pair the device on another IP 5. At this point, I cannot get the new IP to see the new device. I took the following steps: 1) Delete the device inside the insite app from the first IP 2) Delete the device inside the first IPs bluetooth setting 3) remove the battery from the device 4) Launch the insite app from the second IP 5) Put back the battery and go thru the pairing process from the second IP. At this point, the app keeps having problem with pairing
