The app crash when is trying to find the device for the pairing, so you never can not use your device

I cant pair it without it crashing... What crap!!!

Love it! I am always losing my keys! I actually bought this for my hubby and took it back lol!! I will be buying another to put in my wallet! Great product!! And I have an iPhone 6S Plus. It pairs great! No probs at all!! No more lost keys!!!!!! Yay!!!

The app developer needs to fix shortcomings. The app will not pair the devices, I feel like $70 down the toilet. There should be quality control follow-up!!!

App does NOT WORK with iPhone 6 and above. It crashes when you try to pair to device... So pretty much worthless now and money down the drain. Not happy. Company needs to follow up and update there sh*t.

Great app. Works as advertised. Saves me time and is pretty easy to use. I thought it might kill my battery, but I after using it for a few months now I havent noticed a huge impact on my phones battery life.

Purchased the unit at my Verizon Wireless store. Added the battery and paired it to my iPhone. Real simple, great device, app is simple and easy to set-up, and yes it works real well. No problems, all works as promised. I keep the tag on my keys, bought the second one after it helped me find my iPhone. Nice super easy app, and the bluetooth tag device is priced right at $29.95. Works well, the bomb.

I bought the inSite device at Verizon last Thursday and holy heck am I glad I did. I paired it up and put it on my keychain before going to Vegas over the weekend. Almost left my keys in the restaurant--my phone reminded me!! Almost left my phone in the casino--my keys reminded me!!! Ahhhh I love it!!!!

I tried two different tags and reinstalling the app multiple times. It works like 1 out of 6 times and one of the times it worked it restarted my phone.

Tried to connect to my iPhone numerous times, a total waste of MONEY ! A piece of CRAPPPPPP !!!!!

I tested the unit once received. I have in two days received 206 emails telling me I left the device behind. Sent customer service three emails. Nil heard. Nothing. I bought this through Verizon. I have advised of the problems. I am one of many. Verizon is discontinuing the product. GOOD RIDDANCE.

I thought this was the coolest device when I bought it so I bought a total of three of them; however, the application for some reason turns audio mute on my iphone and I havet figured out how to turn off the proximity alarm since I share the keys to the car and theyre not always with me. The interface needs to be more user friendly and address the two issues above and Id give it 5 stars.

I purchased two of these units and love the unit and service, but why does the insite software keep turning down my media volume?! Its a small bug, but a bug none the less. Please fix and Ill 5 star it.

I use this device with my iPhone 5s with the sensor on my backpack. So far it works very well with useful software settings. Battery life on my phone appears unaffected and the battery in the device lasts 5-6 months and is easily and inexpensively replaced when necessary. Your iPhone monitors the device battery for you. If you travel or misplace items often, this device is small, easy to use and highly recommended!
